Lema mountain is highly regarded by model airplane enthusiasts as a paradise to fly to. The excellent thermal and flat grassy area is the ideal place for take-off and landing. On sunny days it doesn’t matter which side the wind blows, in fact the excellent thermal gives the right boost. The cable car leaves every 30 minutes and there is enough space to transport the models. You can take advantage of the convenient external memory to store your models.
Just 10 minutes from the restaurant you will reach the take-off point. The thermal on Monte Lema is excellent and it is possible to fly the models in all directions. A pleasure that lasts until the evening. Particular attention should be paid to hikers and paragliders. Landing takes place at high altitude, in a northerly direction on the grassy surface of (about 250 m).
